Welcome to Hope Haven Ministries Foundation.
My name is Kathy Reese, and I founded Hope Haven Ministries Foundation to preserve and share practical knowledge, informative music videos, preparedness education, community wisdom, stewardship principles, and faith-centered encouragement for people seeking to live more resilient, informed, and connected lives.
Hope Haven serves rural residents, off-grid families, travelers, campers, nomads, and anyone interested in practical learning, responsible stewardship, community, preparedness, and the lessons that help people thrive wherever life takes them..
For several years, I have traveled full-time throughout the western United States while living a nomadic and off-grid lifestyle. During this time, I experienced both the freedoms and the challenges that come with life on the road. I also experienced some of the most difficult seasons of my own life, including health challenges, family struggles, financial uncertainty, and the ongoing process of rebuilding stability while continuing to move forward.
Along the way, I discovered something many people never see.
Behind the vehicles, campsites, and changing locations exists a remarkable community of people who share knowledge, help one another, and often show up when they are needed most. Through those experiences, I learned that resilience is not built through independence alone. It is strengthened through practical knowledge, adaptability, faith, community, mutual support, and people willing to help one another through difficult times.
Those lessons ultimately inspired the creation of Hope Haven Ministries Foundation.
Our work focuses on practical education, preparedness resources, responsible stewardship, community connection, off-grid and vehicle-living guidance, and compassionate support for people seeking greater stability, confidence, and hope in their daily lives.
Some people come here looking for information.

Some come seeking encouragement during a difficult season.
